Costs and Process
Can we implement the project in stages?
Answer
Yes, and in many cases it is even the smarter way. For example, we start with the core website for clients and relatives, so that you are online and discoverable quickly, and add the career section in a second step once the job postings are sorted. It works just as well the other way around if recruiting is acutely pressing.
A staged approach has two advantages: it distributes the investment over time and thus eases the budget, and it lets you learn early from real experience. What works, which enquiries come in, what do applicants respond to? These insights feed into the next expansion stage, instead of planning everything at once into the blue. Which order makes the most sense for your situation, we discuss in the initial consultation.
