Day care with daily schedule and trial day
A draft for a day care centre: the day as a timeline, rooms and garden in an image rail, and a trial day as the obvious next step.
You want to know what a website for your care service costs before you even pick up the phone. Here you will find our fixed prices, the factors that determine them and the running costs after launch. No asterisks, no price on request and no timesheet at the end of the project.
Here you find our prices for care service websites. We work with fixed prices. You know the price in advance.
There are several packages. If you wish, we add a page for job seekers.
The price depends on the scope. What counts is the number of pages, the texts and the photos. Accessibility and data protection cost nothing extra.
Help after the launch is up to you. You pay for it each month. Maintenance can be cancelled monthly.
Our first talk with you is free and without obligation. After that you get a written quote. Write to us or give us a call.

Hardly any question reaches us more often than this one: what does a website for a care service cost? Many providers answer with price on request, a wide range or an hourly rate whose final sum only becomes clear at the end of the project. For a care service planning with tight margins and a fixed budget, that is unusable. This is why we work with fixed prices: you know before the project starts what your care website, your career page and the optional ongoing support will cost. On this page you will find every price, the factors behind it and the specifics that genuinely create work in the care sector. For the full range of work, see our services page.
A care service calculates its work in service units and knows what every round of visits earns. We expect the same predictability from our own work. An hourly model shifts the entire risk onto you: every question, every revision loop and every technical surprise increases the invoice. With a fixed price that risk sits with us. We clarify the scope beforehand, record it in writing and deliver at that price. It forces us to prepare properly and it spares you the worry that a number nobody planned for appears at the end.
The second reason is about substance. A care service website is not a pure design project but a tool with two jobs: winning clients and relatives, and reaching staff. Both can be described, planned and therefore calculated. From the care projects we have supported we know which pages a home care service, a day care centre or a residential facility actually needs. What this investment means commercially is broken down in our guide on website costs and benefits for care services.
All prices net plus VAT as a one-off fixed price. We define the exact scope together in the free initial consultation, before any quote is written.

How to read these prices
There is a considerable gap between 1,490 € and 3,970 €, and the reasons are easy to follow. Visual design is not what determines the effort; the number of pages, the volume and quality of content and the number of processes the website has to support are. A home care service with one route and five services is a different project from a facility with residential care, day care, assisted living and three open vacancies. The following six factors explain almost every price difference we see in quotes.
A home page with a contact area is built quickly. As soon as service pages, care level explanations, team, catchment area and a career section are added, the effort for structure, navigation and internal linking grows. The complete care service website therefore covers 8 to 15 pages.
If you supply existing text, we sort it and turn it into something understandable. If content has to be created from scratch because only a leaflet exists so far, this is the single largest driver of effort. Plain language for relatives is craft work, not a library of stock phrases.
Real photos of your team, vehicles and rooms are far more credible than symbolic imagery. If no usable pictures exist, we plan a photo session or start with licensed images. Either choice affects the schedule and the price.
A career section is a build of its own: vacancy overview, employer profile, quick application and privacy-compliant handling of applicant data. That is why it carries its own price and is cheaper in the bundle than when retrofitted later.
Forms that may carry health details need more than a standard template: minimal fields, clear notices, encrypted transmission and routing to the right person in your organisation. The details are explained on our data protection page.
Building from scratch is more predictable than moving a website that has grown over years with many subpages. When content migration, redirects and a domain move are involved, we plan that as a separate step — see relaunch.
A website is not a piece of furniture you put in place once. Software is updated, browsers change, vacancies come and go, and relatives expect current information about available capacity. We therefore separate the one-off build from the ongoing components. None of them is compulsory and none is tied to a long contract term. If you would rather maintain content yourselves, we show you how during handover.
| Ongoing component | Price net | What it is good for |
|---|---|---|
| Maintenance Basic | 49 € per month | Updates, encrypted backups, security kept in view |
| Maintenance Business | 99 € per month | Adds uptime monitoring and a monthly change allowance |
| Maintenance Premium | 199 € per month | Adds priority response and ongoing content and vacancy upkeep |
| Care marketing | from 490 € per month | Local SEO, Google Business Profile, local content for your area |
| Social recruiting | from 990 € per month | Ad campaigns for staff recruiting, plus ad budget |
The three maintenance levels can be cancelled monthly and are also available for websites another agency built. Which level fits depends less on budget than on who in your organisation has time for content changes. If nobody takes that role, a website visibly ages within a year. Why ongoing upkeep pays off in the care sector is covered in website maintenance for care services. For local visibility, local SEO is the matching component.
A care service website may carry details that fall under the special categories of Article 9 GDPR: references to illnesses, care levels or the situation of a relative. A standard template is not enough for that. We design forms so they only ask what is needed for a call back, place the processing notice where it belongs, transmit encrypted and route the enquiry to a defined person rather than a shared mailbox. That takes design time, but it prevents your website from becoming a data protection risk. With us this effort is part of the fixed price, not an extra line item.
In hardly any other sector do staffing levels determine revenue as directly. If you cannot find a nurse, you cannot run an additional route or fill an empty place, no matter how many enquiries the website produces. That is why we cost the career section as a project part of its own: vacancy overview, an honest employer profile, a quick application with few fields and mobile operation that works in the duty room too. Bundled with the website this part costs 1,490 €, as a standalone career page 2,480 €.
Both points explain why a quote from outside the sector can look cheaper at first glance. Without an understanding of care levels, of how relatives read and of how health details must be handled, rework follows — usually as an additional order. How care forms can be designed in a privacy-compliant way is described in our guide on data protection in care forms. Why accessibility is a legal requirement rather than a surcharge is explained on our accessible care website page.
A factual comparison of the usual models on the market. Which one fits depends on budget, time and expectations.
We talk about your service, your catchment area, your offering and your staffing needs. This conversation is free and non-binding, by phone or video call, and usually takes just under an hour.
Together we determine which pages you need, whether a career section belongs to the project and whether an existing website has to be migrated. That determines which of the three packages fits.
You receive a written quote stating scope, deliverables and price. Anything not listed there will not be invoiced later without you having ordered it.
We build structure, content and technology and show interim results. Simpler projects are often finished in four to six weeks; larger ones with a career page and local content take correspondingly longer.
After going live we hand the website over including a briefing. Whether you maintain it yourselves or book a maintenance level afterwards is your decision, without time pressure.
