With particular care, because health data belongs to the especially protected categories under Article 9 GDPR and demands correspondingly high standards. Our principle is data minimisation: contact forms capture only what is truly necessary for getting in touch. We deliberately design forms so that visitors are not tempted to type in extensive details about illnesses that are not needed for the first step.
Transfer is consistently encrypted, access to incoming enquiries is restricted to the responsible people, and processing is set up to comply with data protection.
