What does the BFSG mean for my care service?

The German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) has been in force since June 2025 and noticeably raises the requirements for digital offerings. Whether and to what extent your concrete service is legally obliged depends on the individual case, for instance on company size and the type of services offered, and should be checked legally. An accessible website is in any case the future-proof and reputation-enhancing choice.
